Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To begin a return, simply contact us at info@darlingandelm.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We do not currently offer exchanges, but you are welcome to place a new order once your return is processed. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we’re here to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
